A good practice that has helped me is to 1, know the first and last line of the reading. 2, You should know what book you are reading, commit it to memory, this way you can talk to the audience from the beginning. 3, There must be a verse that speaks to your heart, memorize it, commit that verse to your heart. Hopefully, when following these steps you and the audience will feel a fluid flow in your proclamation.
