I am grateful for everyday. My best day is one spent with the special people in my life. Great food would definitely be in the mix, especially crabs. Some time at the spa always makes for a great day for me. Oh, and a nap during the afternoon is always a treat. 😊

I like naps in the middle of the day. Your body is refreshed to move during the day, and we do know that Jesus was also getting rest after ministering during the day. I am down for some crab legs.
What A Great Day Looks Like:
Wake up full of energy and gratitude, have a great meditation and receive insightful messages for the day and how best to address health issues.
Able to do QiGong for at least 10 minutes.
Complete the rosary and other prayers for the day
Consume 16 oz of lemon/water.
Enjoy a superfood smoothie.
Complete a beautiful walk for up to 10,00 steps!
Juice veggies and consume the drink as soon as it is made.
Recite the Chaplet of Divine Mercy with the National Shrine on YouTube.
Limit the time listening to the news and other You Tube clips and clearing out my emails
Socialize via phone visits, perform cleaning tasks in the apartment and watch a movie!
Work on assignment for Bible Study Class
Respond to calls for assistance from Arthur Capper Seniors and other neighbors and family.
Retire by 10 p.m. to have the daily bible reading and prayers
